Capability Support Services is an Australian NDIS-registered provider dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential through personalised, compassionate care. Founded by Shokria Siddiqui, a mother of four, the organisation was born from her personal journey supporting her son diagnosed with Autism and an Intellectual Impairment. Recognising that traditional therapy methods weren’t fully meeting her son's needs, Shokria identified the importance of a more holistic, team-based approach. She realised that by bridging the gap between skills, goals, and strategies, she could provide her son with the comprehensive support he needed to thrive and reach his full potential. At Capability Support Services, the focus is on the inherent potential within every individual. By exploring all aspects of a person’s life—working together as a team and focusing on strengths—they aim to help unlock that potential and support growth in ways that truly matter.
