To post an ad, click on the “Submit Ad” button on the homepage. You’ll need to create an account or log in if you already have one. After logging in, select a category, enter your ad details, upload photos, and submit your listing.

To participate in an auction, you must first create and register an account with us. Once logged in, navigate to the auction you wish to join. On the auction page, you will find the bidding box located in the sidebar.

Below the bid input field, the minimum bid amount required for your next offer will be clearly displayed. After the auction closes, if you are the winning bidder, you will receive a confirmation email.

You can view all current and past auctions you have participated in by visiting the Auctions section within your user profile.

To promote your submitted ads, first go to your list of ads and select the desired ad. From the action menu, choose the last option to open a window displaying all available promotion options along with any current promotions active on that ad.

Available promotion types include:

  • Bump Up Ad
  • Highlight Ad
  • Top Ad
  • Urgent Ad
  • Home Map Ad

Except for the Bump Up promotion, most options offer multiple packages to choose from.

After selecting your preferred promotion type and duration, you will be directed to the payment screen. Your promotion will become active once payment is successfully processed. Please note, promotion timing begins upon payment confirmation, not when the promotion is requested.

To view a seller’s phone number, visit their profile page or any of their ads. The phone number will be clearly displayed in a dedicated contact section.

If you prefer to message the seller directly, you must first create an account. After logging in, navigate to any of the seller’s ads and click the Send Message button. All your conversations will be accessible in your profile’s messaging area, featuring a seamless AJAX messaging system for easy communication.

Our platform features two types of reviews: buyer reviews and seller reviews. To participate, you must first register on our marketplace and initiate a conversation by sending a message to the seller. Once the seller responds, both you and the seller will have the ability to leave reviews for each other.

Visitors to your profile can view your overall rating, a complete list of your reviews, and filter them by review type.

Please note that once a review is submitted, it cannot be edited. However, both you and the seller have the option to respond to any review to provide additional feedback or clarification.

If you come across an ad you want to revisit or contact the seller later, you can mark it as a Favorite. This saves the ad to your Favorites list, which is easily accessible from your profile dashboard for quick reference anytime.
If you believe an ad violates our rules or policies, you can report it directly from the ad page by clicking the Report button and providing a detailed reason. The ad will remain active until our administrators review and take appropriate action.
